About Us
Brief Background
Tony McGuire created Opal Consulting after building a distinguished career as a Senior Manager and Executive in a number of multi-national organisations.
The four major companies included Lancashire County Council, British Nuclear Fuels, Amec Projects and North West Water.
Starting a career in Civil Engineering, leading to Senior Project Management roles, this gave the perfect background for work as an Independent Business Adviser.
International experience both in the Far East and America, combined with over 20 years associated with the leisure industry, provided a broad and diverse background for an advisory role.
Tony McGuire is a Civil Engineer by discipline and has spent the last 20 years in Senior Management positions.
The practice is based in Warrington, concentrating mainly on the North West, but has also been involved in National and International ventures.
